Content on our sites (text, graphics, logos, calculators, and code) belongs to Anthony Rega, also doing business as loanfactory.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Reporting infringement

If you believe material on our sites infringes your copyright, send a notice to our contact form (subject: DMCA Notice) with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work; the material you claim infringes and where it is; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files suit.

Bad-faith notices and repeat infringers

Knowingly false claims can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We will end access for repeat infringers in appropriate cases.
