Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 19, 2026

When you use websites, forms, chat, the borrower portal, or other tools from Anthony Rega, also doing business as loanfactory.io, you agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, get around security or authentication, or access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorized to use;
• Upload malware, overload the systems, or interfere with other users;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data, or reverse engineer our software;
• Send spam or phishing messages, or submit someone else's phone number or email without their permission;
• Impersonate anyone, give false or misleading information on a loan application, or commit fraud (mortgage fraud is a federal crime);
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
• Try to manipulate AI tools into revealing other people's data or acting outside their purpose; or
• Break any law.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or end access, keep records, and report suspected illegal activity to authorities. Report abuse to our contact form.
